Vital Electric Supply was established in 2023 through Onward Capital's acquisition of ATI Electric Supply and Power Assemblies, which was merged with a previous holding, Connecticut-Electric.
Founded in 2004 as a supplier of temporary power products, industrial wire and cable, control's and distribution switch gear.
Founded in 2006 as a manufacturer and final assembler of temporary power prouducts.
Founded in 1906 to manufacture electrical products including circuit breakers, transfer switches, and RV power solutions.
